I love how spacious and clean the room was (it felt like an apartment). There were directions available on how to use the stove, washing machine, and other electrics via QR code given in the room. The surrounding area was relatively quiet and close to the main market, post office, and subway/train station. If I ever come back to Osaka, I would like to book this location again.

The room was big for us which was great coming from a small hotel room in Kyoto. Definitely better for a family of 5. The hotel was very clean and the process was super smooth, however there was a musty smell in our room but they said they would switch if we wanted but we didn’t want to move all our luggage. Great price overall.

I did find it odd there was no lighting on the bed side tables. If you wanted to read in bed, the overhead lights needed to be on. Everything else was very good.

Great property in a great area. Rooms good size and very clean. Check in is easy if you have 1 room but we had 8 rooms which was a nightmare! I would t use again for a group booking but for single room is perfect.

Great location. Easy access to PT. Rooms was clean. Managed to fit 5 (one on sofa bed). Check in happens without person at desk, so make sure you have the email information provided ready and available.

This is a very quiet location. There was no personnel on the property. You check-in via video. The downside was if you have multiple rooms you have to do each room as a separate call. We only saw one other family during our stay. There are 3 rooms per floor. The rooms had proper queen size beds and were very spacious. You could do your washing and the shower room then converted to a drying room that had your clothes dried in 2 hours! Great size fridge/freezer along with microwave & stove. There is a 7-11 & Lawsons supermarket around the corner and another 7-11 up the road which was great for picking up meals & snacks. Not far down the road there are lots of eateries & a McDonalds. While there wasn't a lot of tourist attractions nearby, the train is a very short walk around the corner which made travel to anywhere very easy. Oh, and it was about a 20 minute walk to Don Quijote.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, the air conditioning unit was malfunctioning during our visit. Despite this minor inconvenience, the rest of the hotel was excellent. The location is ideal, conveniently situated near the subway trains and offering a peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely consider staying here again if we ever find ourselves in Osaka again.

Really spacious room especially for Japan, good location few minutes walk from Ebisucho metro line and walkable to Nipponbashi area. Bathroom with tub included was nice to have. Check in process was smooth just make sure you have all the instructions beforehand.

This property had no staff on site, but the self check-in process was super easy and smooth. The hotel was clean and had a washer in the unit with detergent provided. The bathroom had a heater to dry your clothes which was super convenient. There were plenty of restaurants walking distance from this location and the train station was convenient as well. It was very spacious for my family of 4 and would definitely stay here again.

I love how the rooms are carefully planned to cater every clients needs. Straight forward check in & have always been very responsive on all the questions I may have about the property. Very close to Ebisucho station, Lawson, Family mart, 7/11. Close to Tsutenkaku and shinsekai.

Outstanding Stay Near Shinsekai! We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this place and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka! Check-in via Kiosk was smooth and easy. The location is truly unbeatable, being just a short, easy 2-minute walk straight into the heart of the vibrant Shinsekai district. The surrounding neighborhood is filled with tons of incredible local restaurants, street food stalls, and shops, making it so convenient to find delicious meals right at your doorstep. Inside, the unit was exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious enough for our group of 4 adults 1 kid, to relax comfortably. The amenities were excellent: self serve toiletries, including a sparkling clean bathroom with bathtub, an in-unit washer that was incredibly useful, and a high-tech Toto washlet toilet. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for us: the beds were comfortable, and the third bed—a sofa couch—was surprisingly massive, easily fitting two adults and our 7-year-old child with plenty of room to spare. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Check in was straightforward. Nice digital locks so we don't need a key. Location was OK. But still felt like kinda far from everything. It felt like at least a 20 min drive to heart of Dontoburi. I initially thought it would be easy walking distance to everything I am not sure abour cleanliness. At first it looks good. Everything looks well kept and new. But as u look closer, there is a layer of dust on everything - the window sill, the flat surface tops, especially the area by the closet. There is no counter space at the bathroom sink to put your toiletries close toothbrush, paste, lotions, etc except for little Tupperware containers attached to the mirror. However, these containers havent been cleaned in a while since I noticed dust and a few hairs. I even noticed a hair inside my bed sheet Shower was pretty big and water pressure was strong. Good bit water. Good AC. There was a washing machine but I didn't use it. I used it as countertop space instead for tooth brushes
