We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfasts were delicious with a great selection, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Everything made our stay easy and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it!

Everything was great regarding this property. Location was great, the room was great. Breakfast was great. Sicilia, at the front desk, deserves $1 million.!! she was the sweetest and most helpful person ever! The check-in was fabulous with great communication, even sending us our bus pass so we would have free transportation to the hotel.. the only potential problem, I did not see an air conditioner.. we did not need it so I cannot confirm there was one there, but I did not see one, which could be a problem if you happen to go and it was hot. There was an elevator, in the room was fairly large for European standards.

The room was cleaned well daily and even replenished our tea. The reception staff, both girls, were amazing and so helpful and cheerful. We loved Sobi and Milo in the restaurant at our breakfast and dinners. I will recommend the hotel to others. It is also well located to three major lifts and the pedestrian zone for all the restaurants, shops, and gelato, as well as the free public cold water fountain to fill bottles.

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel and we came back because the staff is excellent! So friendly and helpful. The downside is the rooms could use some updating and it is very loud. Because it was warm, we needed to open the windows and the noise from town kept us up at night. The spa area is very nice. If we were to come to Ortisea again we would look for something off the Main Street.

My wife and I enjoyed a week stay with breakfast and dinner included. The food was superb, the staff were friendly and professional, and the location was excellent being central to the town. We appreciated the short walk to either gondola station and the ski storage room with boot and glove heaters in our locker. The spa was the perfect place to relax after a full day of skiing. The hotel offered a free reception with wine and appetizers in the bar. We plan to make this an annual trip!

This hotel is located in a very nice area, close to shopping area, walkable to major lifts. Staff are very friendly and helpful to answer our questions and showed us the best option to get where we wanted to visit. The hotel serves good food too. We will stay here again in our next visit.

One of the best options in the town

Unless you wish to stay in a 5 star hotel, this hotel exceeds our expectations in terms of its services, and facilities. The location is also excellent, with easy parking in the back yard.
