The front of house person called Sadri was truly amazing he was so welcoming after our long journey he made sure we had everything we needed, we were so looking forward to seeing him on our return journey fantastic customer service.

Our stay was three days, the staff were friendly and very helpful from the moment we arrived. The pool and spa areas were superb, and having Black Forest Gateaux with a pot of tea by the pool was not something we expected to be able to do - but very memorable. Fantastic location. The views are stunning. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. There is free parking and it's a very safe location, quiet and restful. All the rooms have air-conditioning and a TV. There is also a wellness centre. I haven't used it but have seen it and it looks very well maintained. Excellent family apartment ideal for short stay visiting Europa Park. Clean accommodation equiped with enough amenities for our short stay. 15 minute walk to park local restaurants near by. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Nice and clean, with complementary breakfast (good) and free parking on the road. A good hotel

Impossible to beat the location just a few metres from the amazing Notre Dame Cathedral and surrounding cafes etc. Comfortable room and bed but noisy air conditioning. Overall a great place to stay.

Really enjoyed my stay at this Best Western. Great location, close to the city centre and right by the station but surprisingly quiet. The staff were lovely and friendly throughout, and the hotel keeps its original style rather than feeling generic. My room was clean and comfortable. Would happily stay again.

Very funky hotel right in the centre

This was my first stay at this hotel. The staff were superb and room was incredibly cosy. It's not so useful for those with disabilities or heavy luggage as there are steps leading into the hotel and no ramps and also on the 2nd floor - although the staff kindly offered me a room on a floor without steps for my next visit (which was superb). There's only one iron/ironing board for the entire hotel (40+ rooms) but fortunately, during my stay - no one else needed it when I did. I needed a late...

Excellent service, good location. We ate in the restaurant which was excellent but a little pricey. The car park is situated at the sister hotel the “Belle Epoque”. Afternoon tea and breakfast were outstanding. The hotel kindly loaned us towels to visit the Thermal spa. The only slight issue is that there are about 10 stairs to climb before the lift, which could be a problem for some people.

On route to Italy ..... the hotel and service were both impeccable ✔️
