Refurbished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom property within 3 minutes walk to Villamartin Plaza. Communal pool and beautiful views in a quiet location with the benefit of being close to all amenities. Come and stay in a home from home with everything provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The house is in a quiet area with pool and gardens but with the advantage of 3 minutes walking distance to the Villamartin Plaza with restaurants and bars for your convenience and entertainment. The nearest beach is La Zenia which is 2 miles away. The Boulevard shopping centre is 2 miles away with over 200+ shops and boast being the largest in the Alicante region.

Everything provided to make this your home from home. Enjoy a year round average temperature of 24°c with 300/365 days of sunshine. Car hire is advisable but not essential as all amenities are within walking distance. There is a local bus service which operates 8am - 8pm and arrives hourly, should you wish to go further afield.

Great location

Beds were very comfortable. Had everything we needed and host was very helpful. Great location as its walking distance to the bars and restaurants of Villamartin Plaza. Would recommend.
