The swimming pool is located 20 meters from the apartment, the beaches some 5 minutes away, 2 south-east facing terraces with solar blanket, indoor and outdoor dining room, indoor and outdoor lounge, 3 golf courses nearby, walks by bike or on foot along the canal and countless culinary discoveries (Spanish, Argentinian, Asian, Indian, French restaurants). In short, an enchanting stay. The swimming pool : Large pool (32m X 12m) with a paddling section for small children and a deeper section with a waterfall. Showers, tall palm trees and other tropical plants make it a very relaxing area. Apartment clean and had everything we needed for our 11 night stay. Met by Julie, lovely friendly lady who responded very quickly to any queries. There are steps up to the apartment and more up to solarium. Love this area and have been back several times. Car is essential to explore the area. Lovely canal walks and bike rental close by. Plenty of choice for eating out at La Fuente or Villa Martin Plaza. La Zenia only 8 mins in car. Several beaches to chose from. ##### Deirdre F. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels including beach towels, and more. Well furnished roof terrace was where we spent the majority of our time. The provision of a retractable shade over the terrace was so welcome as the temperature approached 40 degrees. Very accessible to the communal pool area. Air con units throughout the property helped to cool us down. Would highly recommend. If you have any mobility issues be aware that’s there are stairs to the front door and further stairs to the roof terrace. Love this area (bars and shops within walking distance) but a car is essential to go further afield. Julie and Tony on site to help with anything we needed.
