An incredible new build apartment in the luxury urbanisation "Villamartín". A great opportunity to relax and feel yourself, like in a 5 star hotel. With a huge swimming pool, playground, outdoor gym, beautiful garden and pleasant neighbours.   
Elegant decoration, fully equipped american kitchen, living room, large terrace, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.(Total: 80 m²)  
Great local shops, breakfast bars, cafes and restaurants are all within walking distance. Very many 1st class golf courses surround the area Villamartin Golf is 800 metres away, Campoamor Golf 2 km, Las Ramblas Golf 3 km, Las Colinas Golf 3.5 km.  
Several excellent beaches are nearby, the sandy beaches of La Zenia and Flamenca are 4 km away, the beautiful beach of La Glea is only 4.5 km away.   
42 km from the airport "alicante" and 55 km from the airport "murcia"   
The accommodation is equipped with the following things: lift, garden furniture, washing machine, internet (wifi), balcony, air conditioning, communal+infantile swimming pool, covered car parking in the same building, TV with 300 international channels, vacuum cleaner, iron and hair dryer.
