"We had booked 3 rooms, and enquired about accessing one/all of the rooms a little earlier, around 45 minutes before check-in. The receptionist would only quote 'Check-in is at 3pm' over and over, which was very unhelpful, and not how any other hotel I have stayed at operates. She also told us that all 3 rooms were being worked on without checking this as I would have expected as a minimum. The bath/shower combo in our room was unpleasant due to the proximity of the shower curtain, and the inability of the mixer shower to maintain the same temperature throughout. The other 2 rooms both had showers only, and were much better I was told, although one was a little cramped still. We decided not to have a drink here after the reception experience. Breakfast had a good choice and was nicely cooked, but seemed short-staffed with only 1 person trying to do everything."

"Thoroughly recommended. Good value, clean room, tasty breakfast, easy check-in/check-out. Loads of parking, and beautiful easy walk to the best part of Ludlow. Super quiet and peaceful location. Glorious! Would definitely stay there again next time :-)"

The Inn at Bromyard

"The Inn is an old building with uneven floors and beams, making it full of character. The room was clean and well-appointed and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small but clean. The breakfast was very good. There is ample parking and it is well located in the High Street. The bar can be noisy but everybody is out by 23.30, so it was not a problem."
The Riverside at Aymestrey

"Great stay but there was only a bath and no shower. Unfortunately the taps leaked and there was some damage to the floor and chrome. Not the hotels fault but with the sticky weather a shower would have been nice. Very pleasant staff and great hotel."
