"Such a pleasant stay at the Green Dragon! Excellent value. A period property with all the comfort of modern life. Conveniently located, very comfortable bed and quiet room. Brings to mind "Grand Hotel". Would very much recommend."

"Nice and easy to get too, really quiet as it’s in the middle of an industrial estate. Fire alarm was triggered at 11pm and 4am due to someone vaping in the toilets but the staff were really quick and resolving the issue. Lots of complimentary breakfast available. Toilet facilities in the room could do with a refresh as looking dates and had a damp smell to the shower cubicle even though is was dry."

"Only booked Wednesday to stay Thursday night and got an exceptional deal breakfasts brilliant. Very grand and leisure centre very good pool warm and gym good . could definitely recommend We were upgraded and had large bedroom with 4 poster bed. Very good to do the Royal Airforce Museum at Shifnal that also was excellent. The day after we went to National Memorial Arboretum at Staffordshire well worth and visit and these two places were ffree of charge. "

"We had a one night stay as a group of friends. Check in was smooth although a little squashed at the side of the bar. The rooms were lovely and clean in a beatiful old building. We ate there before we ventured out for the night and the food and service were great. Would definitely stay again "

"The mixture of modern and old within this building and the decor has been so well done; bringing both chracter and comfort. There is so much to do within the surrounding area, such as Ludlow Castle, Church, Museum, nature walks and an abundance of shops and nice restaurants and all within walking distance of the hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful and approachable. We will be staying here again! Thank you for a lovelt stay."

"We booked a two night stay for a business event. We were welconed to the hotel by a friendly young lady at around 7pm. I asked where the female toilets were and she directed me. When we got to our room on the first floor 184, we found a cosy room not too bright and with a view looking toward the International Centre where we were headed the next morning. We had plenty of room with an ironing board, iron, along with a trouser press. Tea and coffee facilities however there were only 4 little pots of milk, although i have found this to be the same in most hotels. Ideally I'd like more milk and more coffee sachets. The bed was really comfy and the curtains were blackout, ive stayed in lots of hotels but for comfort this has overtaken them all. The bathroom along with shower was fabulous and water hot. I will definitively book this hotel again."
