Great food, comfortable room, helpful and friendly staff.

The hotel had issues and most rooms were closed together with the restaurants and bars. Therefore there was no breakfast or dinner. Most disappointed Hotel.com had not told us in advance. However the staff were very nice and gave us an upgrade on the room and reduced the price. The hotel is lovely ...

We arrived at the Townhouse and had to pick up the keys from the Church pub , When we opened the door the heat hit us it was very warm inside,which was good because it was chilly outside . There was a double kingsize bed and the bathroom was huge a good sized bath a shower plus a bidet and toilet. ...

Super place. The one thing that would make it perfect is a small refrigerator in the room

Fabulous enjoyed everything when we finally arrived. Bit difficult to find as sat nav didn’t take us there so we got a bit lost. Want to try the six course tasting menu next time. Ludlow town bit disappointing now just usual charity shops etc. Castle is the only big attraction and the Food Centre ...

A very warm welcome from the owners, lovely breakfasts and a real home from home without the work. Very spacious room, wonderful views and extremely comfortable bed. What more do you want?

Small twin room but very convenient for the town centre and excellent value for money
