"Overall good, just cleaning could be improved. When we first came into our room, we found stuff from previous guests which was a bit odd. Cleaning staff didn’t replace coffee or coffee cups repeatedly, even though we asked, so that was a bit annoying"

"The hotel was great. I had a room on the 13th floor where I had a great view but there was a very loud noise that looped at night. Loud enough that ear plugs didn’t work. It looped every evening for the entire stay and while not the fault of the hotel I would have liked to be notified there was external noise in my booking"
