Gorgeous location, but quite a lot of hassle...
I stayed at the hotel altogether five nights. The manager of the hotel gets five stars for his kindness and helpfulness, but unfortunately the rest of the staff could use some training. The reception staff seemed clueless - whatever we requested, they had to call in the manager to solve the issue. The confirmed airport transfer wasn't arranged in time, and I finally had to ask the airport staff to call the hotel to pick me up. Our room was only cleaned after the first night. The cleaning staff was talking and laughing so loud at 6am outside the rooms that I had to open the door and ask them to keep quiet. The manager did his best to make everything up for us, gave me a free dinner to make up for the airport transfer messup, and finally didn't even charge us for the local transportations. I wish him the best, and hope that he gets his staff on track. The location is beautiful, and the food and the pool good value for money.
