The staff were unbelievably friendly and attentive! The resort is a little smaller in size which allows for a personal touch. You get to know the staff over the period of your stay, which is nice. Unfortunately waterfall cafe area shown on website is broken and closed and repair works going on during the day is very noisy, so was impossible to relax at hotel. Would have been good to have been notified beforehand or even upon arrival so we could plan ahead. We were offered free trips outside hotel, which was nice but our goal was to relax at the 10/10 Expedia hotel we had booked. Staff were very good, food was great, service was excellent. The massage was amazing and food and drinks were very good as well. The pool was a great temperature and they have many options for breakfast included in the stay which you can have in your room or at the restaurant. The hospitality was nothing like I’ve experienced in the USA.
