We had a beautiful spacious room with an oversized bathroom. Fresh fruit plate delivered to our room each morning. Cookies or other goodies delivered each evening. Elephant encounters were amazing.

Beautiful facilities and grounds. The attention to detail in every corner of the rooms and resort is impeccable. The staff are so extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The food was prepared perfectly and everything we ate here over our 3 day stay was delicious. The information available at every stop along your walk through the park is so helpful and we learned so much about the amazing creatures that call this little slice of heaven, home. Much gratitude to the staff and Elephants for this once in a lifetime experience!!!

Had to ask to have hot water for showers to be turned on. Great selection of food at the restaurant. Rooms were nice, surprised by a fruit plate, sweet plate when beds turned down. Friendly staff. Would stay again

I’ll absolutely be back at Mason elephant lodge. It was the kindest service we’ve ever had. The food is amazing, the spa is amazing, and the elephants are so so happy! If you’re worried, google elephant body language. They are reproducing as well, which is a huge sign they are healthy and happy. Their keepers have been with their elephant for decades. It’s an amazing place. I can’t wait to come back. Special shout out to Oka! He is a doll.

A fantastic and chill way to spend time with the majestic Sumatran elephants in a very impressive environment. The facilities are great and they are constantly improving. The room was extremely comfortable and the staff quickly and effectively made up our room and performed the turndown service seamlessly. The place is a ton of fun and very well cared for. This was a very unique experience. The hotel was very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond and learning about these rescued elephants was very special. We got to wash one and we will never forget that experience.
