"Great location. Within walking distance to several restaurants, cafes, bakery, the Municipal Market and the beach. The train station was about a 2 minute walk making travel within the Algarve quick and easy. Our host was quick to reply to any questions or concerns we had. She met us upon arrival and walked us through the condo and gave us a tour of the facility. It was a lovely place and we would recommend it to anybody. We hope to return someday."

"Nelson and Paula are the most perfect hosts, happy to help but also show respect and privacy. Accommodation is modern, clean and everything one or two people would require. Easy 15 min Uber from Faro Airport. 15 min walk to train station and cheap tickets to Tavira (and Tavira Island with amazing beach)and Fuseta, both a must see. 20 mins brisk walk to front in Olhao. "We arrived late was told it wasn't suitable for us so they gave us the mother's house in town fuseta .. the advert didn't say you needed to drive as there is nothing around the area .. nothing .... that was ok in till half way through our holiday we were told the said mum was on her way back and was asked to move to this house which they were right twas to far out if you don't drive .. we ahead no bedding was cold .. and not a very pleasant view at all ground near house kept rest unkept ..ending...

"Mesmerised by the ever changing views from the terrace and every window ! (never tired of them). Fabulously located. Hands down the best apartment in the small complex. Plenty of wonderful restaurants to walk to even in March. Perfectly positioned to use as a base to explore the wonderful area (car not necessary) but the added benefit of secure parking in the garage is a real bonus. Great communication with Niko exactly as described and easy to find. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend."

"The property is very nicely done and shows pride of ownership. It is conveniently located close to cafes, shopping center, Marina, beach, etc. The mattress and pillow are super confortable, and they have thought about everything a guest can possibly need, including sun block and after sun lotion. Nelson and Paula truly care about their guests and go out of their way to help in every way. For instance, Nelson picked me up from the train station to save me $ by not having to pay a taxi or Uber....

"Lovely apartment, 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath. Amazing view through full wall of windows. Short walk to shops, beach, harbour full of fishing boats, and restaurants. We went early March so not all restaurants were open, but the first we tried, Adega Do Sol served a variety of dishes and was so good, we went there every night for the full week. Weather was changeable in first week of March, but I don't like it too hot. Great walking or cycling weather"

"We enjoyed our stay at Townhouse 13 in Olhao. It was located very close to the fish and vegetable market with easy access to many restaurants. There was also a grocery store just a few minutes away. The place was no frills but very comfortable and located on the first level for one of us who has difficulty with stairs. I would definitely stay here again!"
