There was a constant smell of urine near the door of our apartment, and nothing was done about it. Additionally, the rooftop pool was dirty and unusable, and there was no alternative pool available. The area itself was also not very nice. Overall, it was the worst experience. Whenever we needed assistance during our stay at Real Marina Residence, there was no contact person available.
