"Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helped us with restaurant suggestions for dinner. Our room also had a couch, mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast had a variety of options."

"No breakfast. Rude staff on coffee bar. Coffee bar needed a clean and they needed to work out how queues work. Staff on checking in and out both surly and unhelpful, female at start was just plain rude."

"STAY HERE!!! I am very firm and expect a clean hotel. This red carpet, STAY HERE! Staff was friendly, Breakfast was good, def no complaints. The room, I always check a room before bringing things in and their rooms, are CLEAN!! Plenty of towels, ac worked well, parking was not bad, great areas for dog potty and honestly, not one thing to complain about. Will stay here again. "

"Their elevator has been broken 2 mos according to staff. carrying luggage up stairs is no fun. Breakfast was scant."

"The parking was not nearby which made for a long walk into the property. The AC unit made a noise all night and there was what appeared to be mold forming on the ceiling. The tub/shower would not drain properly due to a faulty gasket on the plunger/stopper. On the positive side, the bed was nice and checkout was easy. Will not stay here again due to the location, traffic, parking and other before mentioned issues."

"We had a great time staying y the wilderness at the Smokies. We stayed during the week so there weren’t any lines. Hotel was very clean. Family friendly. Check in was fast. Staff was friendly-more so in the stone hill lodge where we stayed than the river lodge. Shuttle bus was available every 15min to transport to the waterpark. The only downfall was we weren’t aware of the construction going on for half of the waterpark so that was a bit of a let down but we still had fun. Park hours aren’t. Very late either for it being a vacation spot so that’s the only other let down we had. Overall though, we’d book again soon."
