All the staff were very friendly especially the lady the prepared breakfast. She was a delight to talk to. Only problem we encountered was finding the place. Your address does not work with my gps or Waze.

Good value. Basic amenities like ice Machine, laundry and breakfast with real scrambled eggs, waffles etc. Staff were Friendly and helpful. Rooms had everything we needed and were in good shape. Parking was always available. I would definitely stay there again.

I had a room with a queen bed and a kitchenette. The room was very clean and there was very good water pressure in the shower. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The room includes continental breakfast which includes hot eggs, gravy and biscuit, waffles (that you make yourself on a waffle machine), yogurt, cereal, coffee, orange juice, and fresh fruit, among other things. I picked the hotel because of its exceptional ratings for cleanliness and the hotel fully met my expectations.

For the price of a cramped hotel room you get a whole spacious suite! On top of that, the suites were very clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, restaurants were very close, and the continental breakfast (including scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and waffles) was made from scratch by the owners. You know where I'll be staying next time I'm in the Knoxville area!

Very friendly staff even on a concert night I arrived early and was pressed for time ...and even though the front desk was busy cleaning rooms she managed to check me and get me where I needed to be on time.....
