"Disappointing stay - room was described as 'deluxe' but was on the small side and being up in the eaves of the roof meant one of us had to duck to get in and out of bed. No turn down / refresh on day 1, no waste bin, small but basic things - especially at the price paid. Staff although friendly, were difficult to find (only available via WhatsApp ??), reception never staffed. Overall a great a shame as the hotel has a beautiful setting and grounds. We wint be returning. "

"Orchard View was absolutely perfect for my needs. The accommodation itself was very well furnished and had everything one would need. It was very peaceful which was ideal for quiet evenings in the hot-tub, but within a very short driving distance of so many attractions (Dunster Castle/Minehead/West Somerset Railway etc) as well as pubs/restaurants if you didn't want to make use of the self-catering facilities in the accommodation. "A lovely property, close to local amenities, beaches, and pubs. The property suited us as a family of 4, the hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a walk. Very clean and tidy and plenty of space. Nice little welcome pack for us and the kids loved the biscuits. Would definitely recommend this property."
