"Lovely trip to Hakuba with the family staying at the footstep of the Iwatake slopes. The snow was on and my family and I had a great time. The cottage is lovely, something you would imagine staying at in the snow or by a lake. Has everything you need in it, from the kitchen to the bathroom. Heating was amazing, and the place was so cozy. Only downfall was the standup piano and my daughter thinking she was John Legend so having to listen to that all night did my head in. "The room was clean and suitable for a week stay in Hakuba. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the Hotel was well located to enjoy the amenities in Echoland. The shuttle services to all the ski resorts are nearby which made it easy for my first time skiing in Hakuba. "
