The apartment itself, inside was well-appointed and clean but outside was a different story. The house was really cute and clean upon arrival. The host was easy to communicate with. Is the house old, yes but it’s been updated and has lots of charm. The house is the back unit of another home (stated in the details). Also, they send you a video before you check in so you see a layout of even the outside. We never had issues with the people who lived in the front house, never even saw them. I’m guessing they are used to seeing different people. I will say the look of the neighborhood was sketchy, but we had no problems and it was quiet. No loud parties around or loud cars speeding through. We stayed for 4 nights with 2 small children and it fit us well. Given the size and sleeping arrangements I’d say it is better suited for a family or 4 adults (friends). ##### Jessica G.
