Wonderful mother-daughter weekend getaway stay at the beautiful Mayo Hotel. Definitely exceeded our expectations as the rooms (suites) are very large. Easy arrival with valet service, check in and check out etc. walking distance to BOK and quick drive to excellent shops and dining. The rooftop bar adds a special touch at the end of the day for drinks or just hanging out. Highly recommend this hotel.

The Mayo hotel is a wonderful stay in downtown Tulsa, with great onsite restaurants and bars. Too bad their beds and pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable. I spoke to one of the managers about the bedding - let's see if they do anything about it.

Wonderful old hotel. Lots of Tulsa history. Great downtown location to walk. The ac in our room was loud, not unusual for these kind of units. The only downgrade I give is one of the hosts at checkin was rude about misplacing our baggage ticket.

This is a historic hotel but things are a bit in transition. My room was clean, very spacious but with a mixture of some parts partially renovated and others quite dated. Given the older windows, the street noise creeps in easily. Nothing about my room really looked as depicted online. Valet service was good. Restaurant is ok. Not a bad choice but the hotel seems a bit aspirational.

The rooms are huge, very nice and the bed was comfortable. The property has the ability to be a diamond but it needs to be polished. The check in area should be grand for such a property, it feels and looks temporary, out of place up a step when you walk into the lobby. It is full of clutter, cheap looking iPad screens that look like a cheap self check in station or what it turns out to be is where you acknowledge the rules of the property. The check in process is clunky and the staff is mediocre and dull without an explanation of the property amenities.
