Really great location at a great price.
This hotel is really clean, and this was my second time staying there. The building is a little old, but everything has been updated, and they have good services and kind staff. I will stay here again! Also, the free breakfast bento is really nice. It is not like other hotels where you have to pay extra to get a "free breakfast." Anybody staying here can get one for free. Also, the location on Kokusai Dori (International Avenue) really is fantastic. There are other hotels on the same street, but usually at a much greater cost.

Reasonable rate and good location
This is an ideal location. The room was small -- but just right for a solo traveler. The building seems old, but moderately well maintained. It was a good value.

very peaceful even the location is with in the busy street.accessible to all amusement centers. the room is neat ,i extend for another night and they gave me bigger room with the same price.

Staff were very helpful and some were multilingual. We were able to check in early which was really pleasing and we also had to add 2 extra nights at very short notice due to Typhoon Tapah. The hotel were very flexible about this and we were able to keep the same room throughout which was pleasing. The room was large and the bathroom a fair size but one glaring omission was the lack of storage space for clothes - wardrobes / shelves etc. There were none at all. The hotel was right in the middle of party town / street but despite this it was not at all noisy. Being in this position it was great for shopping, restaurants and travel solutions (taxis, buses and monorail). Opposite to the hotel was Don Quixote superstore. A mindbogglingly large and stocked megastore where you could buy EVERYTHING - at least 8 times!! This was 24 hours too so you would never be without supplies just a few footsteps away. In summary the room / hotel was quite basic but was comfortable and good value for money. Recommended.

This is a very good location that located in the central of Kokusai dori. Good breakfast. One thing has to improve is WiFi signal that low signal and unstable.

the best location in the busy street, extremely convenience for shopping. the hotel is old, but still well performed. you may bring your own amenities, cause they only only provide bath soap and shampoo, without conditioner and hand soap. the breakfast is fine with 1000 yen per person, traditional Japanese meal. The staff are nice, but not good at English, they will try their best to access you. The electricity isn't so powerful, i mean, when i using the hair dryer and watching TV, they all will shut down. Just simply call the staff (Tel:25) they will send someone to reboot for you. This hotel is clean, convenience and at a very reasonable price in the main street.

This hotel is in an excellent location, convenient to get to nearly anything. It is quite old, and that shows within the individual rooms. The air conditioning doesn't seem to work too well, the water pressure in the shower is weak, and the tv is small. However, the bed was comfortable and felt pretty clean. The room is best used for sleeping, not a place I would recommend hanging out or spending extended periods of time in. If you're looking for something on Kokusai Street that is reasonably priced, this is your place! The staff is also friendly and helpful.

Hotel location is good & easy to find, right opposite of the huge 24hrs Don Donki at the heart of Kokusai Street. We took monorail to & fro Naha Airport which costs only ¥300 per trip, walk less than 10mins (hotel<->station). The hotel is kinda old school but yet well-maintained, only thing I think they need is better air freshener for the toilet, cos after housekeeping the unpleasant smell was still ard. Reception is at L2, every in & out need to get them to keep for you the room key... The room rate was really cool when I booked, you pay for what you get... So overall, I am really satisfied!! :)

It is located in the middle of Kokusai St. Convenient for shopping (including convenience stores where you can buy quick breakfast), 100yen store, many restaurants, souvenir shops, fish market, bus stops, etc. Relatively close to monorail stations (5 min walk). The facility is old, but is clean and has friendly staff. The room and bathroom (with 3 single beds) were small, but that was expected. Free wifi in room.

It is a old hotel and some places in the building and room are not great. But location is great and at least bed and shower room are clean and value is unbelievable. I stayed with my family for triple room and all of us slept well at night. I love this hotel!

Old hotel but Can't beat the location!
The location was amazing, super convenient, right in the middle of the main strip. The first impression wasn't great, wifi was only available on the lobby floor (2/f) and in room u can either use the cable or bring your own router. No wifi in rooms. The bathroom was clean but dim. It was ok as we only stayed for one night. The bedsheets felt clean but looked very abused. Overall, it was what you paid for.

4日間の沖縄旅行最終日に那覇一泊でこちらを利用させていただきました。 立地は最高によく、国際通り沿いなので買い物や飲食にも困ることはないです。 お酒を飲んでも歩いては寺に帰れるので心配方は全くない。 牧志駅にも歩いて行けますし、県庁前駅までも歩いていけるので国際通りを楽しむ方には良いかなとおまいました。 ホテルの設備に関しては、古いのか、エアコンが強中弱のコントールで、ほぼどれも差はなく暑かったです。2月の時期で良かったものの、外は27度とかある状態だったのできつかったです。部屋に扇風機があったので、それを回して寝ました。 ただ費用はとても安いので、それを考えれば仕方ないのかなと思います。 女性、カップルにはお勧めしません。 ビジネスマンなら素泊まりならコスパ良しです。
