However, the building is very old including amenities. We had no hot water for about 5 minutes while my sister was taking a shower. What makes our staying experience even worse was their staff. They did not have any staff who can communicate fluently in English. By the way, we were asked to pay our room charge three times because of hotel staff's error. We used google translators for communication for the whole time. When I made a request to spark to hotel management, all of the sudden, there was no more problem about room charge. It made me guessing the hotel just made a change in room charge or mislabeled room price on Hotels.com but they were still trying to collect payment after we checked in.
