Shiki-san was genuinely friendly and helpful all the time. I enjoyed meeting all the other staff members as well. Dormitory rooms are fine if you are traveling for a long time and you can meet fellow travelers to exhange information and get inspired. But, their private rooms are highly recommended. Unfortunately there are some new changes for the first time. They used to have free parking and 1-week free luggage storage, which were extremely useful for many guests. Which actually encouraged future stays.
