Free welcome beverages and cakes are offered in the lobby on the 10th floor. Daily housekeeping service is at your discretion and even if you request no service, they'll leave a care package with fresh towels and toiletries outside your door! The beds are serviceable. I've slept on worse but they definitely aren't anything to write home about.
