Our rooftop deck has a fire table, gas grill, comfy seating and peak-a-boo ocean views. The garage is a game room that features aa pool table, foosball, arcade console with 4,000+ classic and new games, dart board, beer pong, corn hole, and a smart TV. Perfect for a memorable getaway!  
  
Welcome to your ultimate vacation getaway! Nestled in Oceano is this brand new home, perfect for hosting your group of up to 11 guests. Our home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and stunning peak-a-boo ocean & dune views from the rooftop deck, where you can relax by the fire table or grill up a feast on the gas grill.   
  
Inside, you\`ll find an open concept living area with a smart TV, electric fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen. Downstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a convenient laundry room. Upstairs, the primary suite awaits with its own smart TV, en suite bathroom featuring a large vanity, large shower, and a luxurious soaking tub. There are smart TV\`s in every bedroom, one in the living room & one in the game room.

Downstairs Bedroom 2: 2 Sets of Bunk Beds (Full Bed on the bottom of one - room can sleep 5)

Our garage has been converted into a game room, complete with a pool table, foosball, arcade games with 4,000+ game options, a dart board, beer pong table, corn hole, a futon, and a smart TV for gaming or watching your favorite shows. And for the nostalgia lovers, an old school arcade console awaits! (Ping pong table has been switched out for a pool table.)   
  
We allow ONE dog that is 30 pounds or less. There is an additional non-refundable pet fee that will be sent post booking.

Our home has a max amount of 11 guest. To ensure comfort and safety, we kindly ask that no more than 11 people occupy the premises at any given time unless prior approval is received. This includes those spending the night and also those enjoying the home during the day. If you are hoping to have more than 11 people in the home, please obtain approval before you book your stay. We have an extra fee of $100 per person per day for any visitors over the 11th guest.

Our group enjoyed the beautifully decorated, clean, and well equipped home. The teens in our group especially enjoyed the game room set up in the garage. The home is located in close proximity to a number of amenities.

The home on Cienaga was perfect for our quick family vacay. We loved the layout of the home and set up of the game room for our Grandchildren. They absolutely loved it and had a blast using the entertainment. The beds were very comfortable, The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you very much for a great time!

#### Oceano Stay

We visited the Oceano area to attend a wedding. The property itself was outstanding. Clean, well furnished and, as advertised. We all loved the game room in the garage! Quality family time. The only disappointments were completely out of the landlords hands. On one side of the home, the neighbors have 2 little barking dogs. They don’t bark continuously but, when they do, it can be annoying. The neighbor on the other side listened to a foreign language talk show for about 4 hours on Sunday morning. Not a big deal except that he had the volume turned up really loud. All in all, we had a very lovely stay. The home is extremely nice & the property managers were very attentive.
