Beautiful quartz countertops, farmhouse sink, and a butcher block coffee bar.

Boatowners can use the dock or enjoy the new Trex deck with Polywood chairs to watch the amazing sunsets each night!

All bedrooms have new ceiling fans, blackout cellular shades, and smart TV for streaming service.

Hello - we have recently renovated the property. Come stay in a beautiful 3 bedroom townhome with all the comforts of home! We were listed with Vacasa for the ‘24 summer season and have ALL (14) 5.0 Star reviews!

Kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and a propane gas grill is available on the deck.
