The holiday home is idyllically located on the outskirts of Oberzenn and offers a beautiful view to the south and west over meadows and fields. The ground floor features a spacious, well-equipped kitchen-living room, a guest bathroom, and a large, modern living-dining room with two windows and two large, double-hinged patio doors that lead out to a newly built, spacious patio. On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 6 adults or 5 adults and 2 children. An additional cot for children up to 3 years old is available upon request. The beds are very comfortable, and blackout blinds ensure a relaxing and restful night’s sleep, as does the absolutely quiet location. The surrounding area offers a wide range of opportunities for hiking, extended bike rides, and relaxation at the nearby swimming lake (in the fall of 2024, the lake was drained for extensive renovation and redevelopment of the shoreline areas and is not expected to be refilled until the fall of 2025). There are many attractions worth visiting in the immediate vicinity, such as Bad Windsheim with its thermal baths and open-air museum, the medieval town of Rothenburg, Ansbach (the hometown of Kaspar Hauser), and many beautiful villages, such as Ipsheim, which is home to one of Bavaria’s largest stork populations. Nuremberg and Würzburg are each just a 1-hour drive away and offer numerous shopping opportunities and attractions.
