The hotel is very well equipped and the staff were courteous and helpful.
My personal criticism is the rooms are poorly soundproofed and having the Gym on the top floor is not the best option.
I could hear every dropped dumbbell.
Such a shame as the location is great.

Pros: Great staff and service at checkin and checkout, roof top bar is cool, central location walkable to many attractions.
Cons: the property itself is not impressive, no grand lobby, small restaurant area, very small pool at the roof top advertised as a major attraction, limited breakfast buffet. If you ever stayed at a Ritz, Savoy, Four Seasons this hotel would be the least impressive one. Lastly, valet dung the trunk of my rental, not a big deal since I have full coverage but annoying to deal with the paper work.

"Honestly the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was available if you purchased it. Don’t expect a full spread of protein. If you’re on a higher floor and you have heavy luggage prepare for that. The room has a rotating floor fan and a separate mini ac unit but there wasn’t really a way to hook it ..."
