"Nice room"

"One word sums up this hotel: MAGNIFICENT!!! The rooms were clean, spacious, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding. Not your typical waffles and bagels, but rather fresh scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, fruit, etc. The staff was very friendly. Everything about this hotel is first class, and the price was about half of what one would expect for a hotel of this quality. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are anywhere in the area. "

"The lift was not working ..:. Be checked in at 1:30 in the afternoon, and they gave us the top most player. Floor asking us to pick up Bags and go over there. We believe this was done because we are from India because we saw people checking in later and getting lower floors There was no shower gel in the bathroom. We have to wait 15 minutes to get the same. Later, the flush broke and nobody came to repair even after multiple reminders"

"If I could rate this hotel a zero star, I would rate it a negative 10. The room was disgusting. Stains on pillow sheets, bedding, towels in bathroom, the floor had crumbs all over it, the dresser had food crumbs, the wall had red stains on them, there was hair in the sheets and handprints on the headboard. The bathroom had a 1/4 roll of toilet paper left and was completely untouched in terms of being cleaned. The window to outside was open, allowing bugs to get in. The housekeeper was pushing around an Aldi cart full of trash bags. The process of trying to get a refund, since we left immediately, has been nothing short of a disaster. We were charged $180 and now we cannot get in contact with the hotel as they will not answer their phone and have no voicemail set up. If your only choice was to stay here or sleep in your car, your car would be a 5 star Hilton compared to this hotel.... Any review in the year of 2026 that is positive is 1000% the management trying to save their butts and is 1000% a lie. @CDC shut this hotel down."

"The room was fine for the price. It is a little outdated and the walls were scuffed up/paint was chipping. I didn't use the kitchen so I can't speak on that. Things seemed clean enough, but certainly not great. During my second night the fire alarm in the building went off. Another guest had burnt food, and smoke was seeping out of their door. The alarm continued for a good 30-40 minutes. The staff did not respond to this, and it took other guests calling the fire department to get someone to come out. The entire floor smelled like smoke for the rest of the night - I even noticed it on my belongings upon returning home. During check out the next morning, the staff did not even acknowledge this or apologize for the inconvenience. I wasn't expecting a refund, and understand the situation was out of their control, but due to their overall lack of concern, I wouldn't stay here again. "

"Basic room, clean, and felt safe. The air conditioner was super loud and the curtains did not fit the window properly, so bright light from the outside walkway shined into the room all night. These rooms have outdoor access with no interior hallways. If you are light-sensitive or want extra privacy from people walking by, bring something to clip the curtains together and secure the edges. Overall, it was clean, I felt safe, and the price was right."

"Dirty rooms"

"I loved the lighting fixtures in the room, but I think that there was not good lighting over the bathroom sink, The person who installed the wallpaper did not do a good job at the seams. They needed to be wiped more to clean the paste. The tree in front of the hotel has branches that are too low over the sidewalk. The swimming pool was not open for use. I am not sure about this, but I thought that, when I made my reservation, it stated that there was a free breakfast."

"No toothpast, no soap,no sugar,no creamer,no dishes,one employee a block away in the cold rain. This ways first time out of 3 that the cons starting to add up.still is a nice room im going stick it out and see if improve service to match."
