Excellent for a business traveler or small family in short term transition....like trying to find your new home. Scenic property with raised patio. Parking for only 1 or 2 cars.
Air conditioning will be window only....but this is a small space ..but also comfortable. All cooking utensils, bedding and bathroom amenities included ....outdoor firepit for responsible burning... no huge fires allowed in Strongsville . Mutliple hangout and sitting areas at property. This is a one of a kind property cannot be duplicated. Note....Basement is not for personal use and off limits along with second floor which is to be renodeled this winter... There will be no laundry on site and basement is off limits due to our storage facilities...along with upstairs. Wood for firepit is free, but mainly pressure treated lumber as we take decks apart. Bring your own wood and firestarters and lawn chairs if you want....but I gave lawn chairs as well.. Raised patio has table and 4 chairs...but non smoking in this area. Fires must be contained to local rules of Strongsville. No parties permitted on property....but you can have guests, but not overnight as only 1
or 2 cars are permitted on property overnight. Guests are allowed....but not overnight. Large gas grill with propane provided.
