"This hotel does a great job at the basics: my room was clean and everything was in proper working order; the kitchen actually had dishes, pans, and utensils stocked in case I decided to cook; the staff was professional, polite, and helpful; and there are notable reasons to book this hotel over others next time (free use of laundry facilities, is but one example). Nobody will confuse this hotel for a luxury accommodation. But at the same time, you'll get a spacious, well-equipped room at a very competitive price. If you don't absolutely require room service or valets and you might want to take advantage of a full sized frig or make a meal, this would be an excellent choice for your next stay. "

"The water was coming out of both drains in the shower ,causing the shower to fill up faster than expected plus it took entirely to long to drain so we pretty much could not use the shower. The 1st room had condy on the flor, towel had something orange on it....dont recommend "

"I’ve been to a lot of hotels in my life and the scrambled eggs have always been the same mostly; watery and gelatin like. The eggs actually had onions and peppers in them, something so simple but so yummy, along with a yogurt bar. I always enjoy staying at Best Westerns but have to knock this one down a star due to the bathtub handle being partly broken and causing a dripping all night long, otherwise all good. "

"The staff was so nice and accommodating in picking me up from the airport and checking me in. I liked that I didn’t have to rent a car. Uber was easy to get when needed. The complimentary breakfast offered great protein options as well as the mini-mart. Prices at the mini-mart were reasonable. "

"Room was fine a little outdated. Bed was comfortable. WiFi was spotty. For the price the room was fine biggest issue was wifi. "

"Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing due to the unacceptable cleanliness of both rooms we were given. The first room was visibly unsanitary- the floor was sticky, and there were crumbs, dirt, hair, and general filth throughout. We reported this to the front desk and were given a key to another room. The staff member did not inspect the new room or verify that it was clean, and unfortunately, the second room was just as dirty as the first. Given the condition of both rooms, I contacted corporate immediately, as it was evident that cleanliness is not a priority at this location. After doing so, the manager emailed us with statements that were blatantly false. They claimed they had shown us the second room and that we confirmed it was satisfactory, neither of which happened. They also stated we waited several hours to raise our concerns, when in reality I notified the front desk within 15 minutes, and called corporate within 15 minutes of entering the second room. Not only was the property in unacceptable condition, but the manager chose to provide inaccurate information rather than address the issue professionally. I have escalated this matter again to corporate, though I am not confident any meaningful action will be taken. If you are looking for a clean, well-maintained room, I strongly recommend avoiding this property. We skipped the free breakfast, as we did not trust the food's cleanliness given the overall lack of sanitation observed at the motel."
