Great Stay
The location was great, great price, nice rooftop bar, nice staff. Only bad thing we’re the beds were very hard.

Great value, located at New Bagan but not far from the old Bagan. Room is good size and friendly staff. They gave water in reusable bottles which is green and have water at lobby for refill and hot water for tea and coffee. Restaurants are nearby and nice roof top for breakfast. Breakfast buffet has limited choices but I would not complain with the given room price, a good deal.

The view was incredible!!! We loved watching the sun rise and set from the rooftop! The staff are so kind and helpful! We enjoyed our breakfast! Wonderful omelets! The area had many amazing restaurants! We bicycled and E-biked to the glorious pagodas! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I found the staff very helpful overall. They arrange for a taxi to pick me up early from the bus station and allowed me to check in early so that I could get some sleep before heading out later that morning. Some rooms do not have a view, so if you wish one you need to ask specifically. There were only two little points that I would like to mention. The rooftop breakfast area is not so big, so when there is a party of tourists its hard to find a table to eat at.

We took the overnight bus to Bagan and it was really nice to be able to check in at 6am to wash up. The view on the roof top was also nice, we just stood there for sunrise and the hot air balloons. Right beside the hotel, there's a couple who rent good condition e-bike at 6000kyat per bike for whole day (return at 7pm) which was a real good deal. Breakfast was a little too oily for me but still tasty. Room was spacious. We prefer the 1st floor room as compared to 3rd floor. The 3rd floor room is older.

We stayed there for 2 nights. It is near to main road where there are many restaurants. From the rooftop restaurant, you can see the balloons being launched just before sunrise. And then have breakfast after. Breakfast is good with a decent spread. Comes with egg station. Though the staff cooking didn't speak much she had pictures and was super accommodating. The reception also had tours, balloon rides and e-bikes for rental though we did not make use of the services. ATM just outside and a money changer opposite. All the roads are quite sandy during dry season so wearing sandals is a good idea

The location of the hotel is good....Not far from the pagodas and several restaurants nearby.....The staff were all friendly and smiled more than people in Mandalay....The room was clean with plenty of room....The bathroom was large. Beware of the hot water in the bathroom. Each room has its own hot water heater and the water was very very hot.....They have a rooftop restaurant and bar....The free breakfast was very good....They will cook the eggs the way you want them including an omelet. They have a happy hour at the bar, 2 for 1. You can watch the balloons go by while having breakfast...I would stay here again...

An absolutely brilliant hotel which matched the beauty and serenity of the surrounding area of Bagan. I couldn't speak highly enough of this hotel, the managment were truly special. Nothing was too much for them, helping out organising our onward travel at the very last moment. The rooms were amazing, big, open and spacious with a very modern and clean bathroom. The hotel restaurant was very tasty serving high quality food at great prices.The breakfast buffet was also delicious and amply stocked. Yet the biggest selling point and what made the hotel so special was the rooftop bar with a 360 degree view of Bagan that was truly breathtaking! Bagan will always be a special place and Bagan View made it that little bit more special.

The hotel had a nice aesthetic. Breakfast was nice because it was on the roof. It’s a hot city and the a/c was not that great but other than that the hotel was great.

I initially booked 3 months in advance for a four persons room. However, they only set up an extra fourth bed when I arrived at 8 pm and they gave the excuse; “we didn’t check our records correctly.” Not only that, while setting up, I told one of the staff members where to put the bed and the older, middle aged man replied crudely. Despite the rocky start, the rest of the staff members, namely the concierge, kitchen staff and the chauffeur from the hotel had good service skills.

I love everything thing about this new hotel. The location was perfect. The rooftop breakfast has a great variety of western and local foods. Great views!!! Very clean rooms and very gracious staff. I would definitely go back. Only minor request would like face towels.

Well this is a good hotel located relatively in short distance from all the major attractions Bagan has to offer. However, during my stay I did encounter a few issues that made me give this property a pleasing rate. The staff is very polite and courteous but their English speaking skills need to be improved. Only one girl (May Mia Kyaw) spoke decent English and works hard to understand and help you as much as possible. One member pretended as if he understood my request and did the exact opposite of what I asked. For my two night stay, they changed my room after first night. The WiFi connection in rooms is slow and intermittent. Had to ask the staff to reset the modem in my area to get the internet back. Also the TV channels in English is only limited to one or two. But you might end up spending the time outside anyways.

Good hotel to stay
The view of the roof top restaurant is great,the breakfast is ok and don't have so many choices, a simple breakfast. The room is big and comfortable. The hotel don't have lift.

Had a grata stay at the Bagan View Hotel. Breakfast on the rooftop each morning was fantastic and the staff went above and beyond. Great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were polite and friendly. They assisted us on e-bike rental as well as taxi booking. The hotel is clean and value for money is worth. One thing they need to improve is the shower’s heater.

The hotel is in New began but not too far from the tourist places. The hotel is close to many restaurants (10-15 min walk) and bike rental shops. Good room and staff.

European-standard hotel with helpful staff
The hotel had a European-standard for cleanliness, size of rooms (larger than other places I've stayed in SE Asia). The friendly staff was very helpful in arranging day trips and transportation when I needed help. One girl at the front desk always greeted me with and honest smile. She openly answered small cultural questions as well. Breakfast is good. Tea and coffee are available all times of the day. The rooftop has a nice view to see the sunrise in the morning. I would stay here again in Bagan vs a B&B or resort. It's a great value and comfy stay.

Nice hotel, comfy bed, large room, nice quiet area. Good air conditioning. Bathroom ok, but usual problem with no shower curtain so all the floor gets wet! Breakfast ok. Only complaint is poor Wi-fi, no connection in my room, everyone was sitting in hallways and breakfast area to use Wi-fi.

꽤 좋은 숙소
방음 안되는 거 빼고 전체적으로 엄청 만족합니다. 루프탑 뷰, 조식도 괜찮고 방과 화장실 상태도 깨끗해요. 우선 숙소가 진짜 예쁩니다. 외관 내부 다 잘해놨어요. 그리고 그 전 숙소에서는 자전거를 오천짯에 빌렸는데 여기는 free예요.

改善廁所後係不二之選
酒店整體都好，外型、清潔，但廁所洗澡去水有塞的情況，最差係供水不穩定，不論冷熱水都時大時細，洗澡不可能用花灑，因水細到沖唔到，還好有一個水龍頭要痞係度洗澡，所以廁所一定要改善。自助早餐在頂樓很舒服，有熱有冷足夠飽肚，天氣好還可以睇到熱氣球滿天。頂樓晚上餐廳食物可以價錢合理。大堂可幫忙訂船及車，有免費單車可用，員工很幫手，還有咖啡、奶茶、餅仔任取。若廁所改善這間酒店係來蒲甘不二之選。

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Das Personal war immer aufmerksam und hilfreich. Das Frühstücksbufett war sehr, sehr gut und immer reichlich Auswahl. Die Aussicht vom Dach war Hammer, erst der tolle Sonnenaufgang, dann flog ein Heißluftballon nach dem anderen über uns hinweg - wirklich unglaublich. Da stieg die Vorfreude unseres Fluges am nächsten Tag:) E-Bikes kann man hier auch mieten, wobei wir diese zu alt für den Festpreis von 8000 Kyat fanden und das Hotel leider nur noch zwei statt drei Helme zu Verfügung hatte. Wir haben aber den Nachtbus nach Kalaw mit ihrer Hilfe direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite ohne Aufpreis buchen können und bei Fragen haben sie uns kompetent beraten und Tipps gegeben. Unsere Backpacks durften wir am Abreisetag stehen lassen und uns sogar (auf Nachfrage) mit frischen Handtüchern duschen. Ich persönlich habe mich auch über die Kaffee- und Teestation gefreut und diese oft genutzt. Alles in einem: sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke!

Bien mais cuisine roof top bruillante
Très bien dans son ensemble. Le staff est vraiment disponible,le seul bèmol, notre chambre se trouvait juste en dessous de la cuisine (qui est sur le toit),,donc réveillés à 06h tous les jours par de gros coups de je ne sais quoi. Évitez la chambre 315 (qui au 2ème au fond du couloir de gauche)

흠 잡을게 없는것 같네요 굳이 꼭잡아야한다면 호텔탑에서 일출과 일몰을 볼때 계절마다 틀릴지는 몰라도 약간 나무에 가린다는것

バガンのほかのホテルに宿泊したことが無いのでなんとも言えませんが、Wi-Fiの認識はするのだが、接続後の通信速度が遅すぎる。結局、全く使い物にならなかったため、日本から持ってきたモバイルWi-Fiで対応した。モバイルWi-Fiで対応できるということは、アンテナは、きちんときているはずなのだろうから、何故、ホテルのWi-Fiは接続（認識）は、されるのに通信に障害が出るのか、よく理解できないが、とにかく不便だった。 ヤンゴンのホテルでは全く問題なくホテルのWi-Fiが使えた。ヘーホー（インレー湖）でも、バガンと全く同様にホテルのWi-Fiは使い物にならなかった。 改善策はあるのだろうか？
