BON Hotel at VidantaWorld Nuevo Vallarta

"We stayed at the Bon Hotel. The location on the map is not accurate, it is very far away from the beach and activities/ammenities. It is shown on the map on Expedia as being by the beach and other properties but it is not. The picture shows the location we were expecting but it is nowhere near there. It requires a lot of travel time and walking to get to anywhere. There is really nothing other than a very small lobby bar on the Bon property. The closest pool was a 5 minute walk away. Rooms were great, staff was amazing, property is beautiful, it is just not what we were expecting based on the pictures and location shown on Expedia. The Vidanta World property is massive and somewhat difficult to navigate, could definitely use more signage. Food and drinks are expensive, and taking a taxi anywhere off property is also very expensive. Despite it being a beautiful property we will not return due to the size and effort required to get anywhere."

"Ce qui différencie cet hôtel c’est vraiment toutes les activités proposées ainsi que l’équipe de GO de feu : BONBON, Lilie, Mimi, Eric et tous les autres. Mes garçons et mon mari ont gagnés pleins de prix en participant et j’ai pu m’e traîner. WoW pour le Riu Party et les casinos!!"

"Excellent service, delicious food, their Mexican and Japanese specialty restaurants are amazing, clean and spacious rooms, very comfortable bed... the gym is small but well-equipped... I definitely want to return 10/10"

"Pros: The staff at the restaurants were amazing. David at the breakfast buffet, Ramiro at the teppanyaki, and Abel at the Italian restaurant all went above and beyond. The lady who cleaned our room did an excellent job everyday. Cons: They need more waiters working at the pool area. I only saw one person everyday and they didn’t have time to accommodate everyone. They were working so hard but there was just too many people requesting drinks for one person. One main pool is not enough. It always felt tight with no room. The bar at night was always packed with no where to sit."
