"Very clean and nice! Staff were helpful. I stayed here as I needed to go to the Atletico Madrid stadium frequently and it was a 20-25 minute walk to it. Otherwise, the closest metro is about a 10-minute walk away and takes you to the city centre but it is a 30-minute journey. "

"We travelled as a family of 5 (3 adults, 2 kids of 5 and 7), our 2 rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean...all of the staff on reception were great, we had to extend our stay at the last minute due to a cancelled flight & they were really helpful & accomodating during a stressful time. I also accidentally arranged a cab for only 4 people and they sorted it out for us and had a larger mini cab there for us within minutes. We ate twice at the lobby bar, the food was really delicious on both occasions & the staff there also really friendly, bringing out a little bowl of sweets for my kids... nice little extra touches. We would definitely stay here again."
