The receptionists were all young and friendly and special thank to Perniciel who welcomed us on the first day. The co-working space was super useful as my husband had to work during our stay. Location was amazing. Close to perfection. We really enjoyed."

"very close to the Lille Gare Flandres , 2 minute walk away . on Rue du Molinel , small sign nearly invisible. I’ve stayed here four time. Lille is a great city. The Rue du Molinel leads you straight to the art museum . The town hall , remarkable building of red brick with yellow stonework , typical of the 16/17th architectural style in this city ."

"Only stayed one night but was very good value compared with a B&B I had just moved out of and which had a lot of issues that took half a day to get sorted out by the owner. Comfortable , clean rooms with great shower , air con , kitchenette and all I needed apart from the view ! (Room described as with ‘view’) Good buffet breakfast included. Very near train station, metro and the old town. I would recommend and will go back another time."
