"I chose the hotel as I wanted easy access to the train station and by that standard it was 100%. The check in was super easy. There were A LOT of information mentioned during the check in so it might be better to have them displayed in the rooms or something. The room itself was modern, clean and good- sized. I liked there was plenty of room to open a suitcase and the bathroom was on the cozy side, making more room for the "living" area. It was cleaned well each day. Although the hotel was surrounded by quite busy streets the room was quiet and peaceful. You could open the window to get some fresh air too. I enjoyed the water filtering machine provided instead of bottled water. The coffee machine was Nespresso. The fridge was cool enough to keep things fresh. The toiletries were from Kevin Murphy Hydrate- Me range. Hand/body wash and lotion by the basin and shampoo, conditioner and another hand/body wash in the shower. There were no other toiletries provided. The water pressure and temperature were fine. The hotel is about 5min walk from the gates to the Old Town so very convenient. There are plenty of tram and bus stops around the hotel if you need to explore farther out. The staff were the rare type of people I encountered in Poland who smiled so that was nice. Definitely nothing to complain and I'll recommend it to others who travel to Krakow."
"Accomodation indeed was very nice & welcoming, comfortable & clean.A quiet room was given as the area outside the main entrance is busy with traffic All day long, but the Trams still can be heard as they slow down & stop in the distance on an Evening & when they start up again early doors You really know you are in Poland. It's great for a bustling city which is worth a stay & not too far from the Main square which you can choose to visit on foot / take public transport which is conveniently just outside across the Road & you can alight just outside the hotel.Use the App "jakdojade"Sue"
