"Our stay at Puro hotel was fantastic! The hotel was decorated in a stylish modern yet comfortable design, everywhere was perfectly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a large selection of delicious food. Free hot drinks available and bike hire. Quiet location within short walking distance of train station, bars, restaurants and the main sites. I would highly recommend."

"Room was clean, beds comfortable. Kitchen facilities were good, bathroom nice, shower was perfect, always hot available. Good location and some handy shops nearby for essentials. Peaceful nights sleep, building was quiet at night during our stay. I would consider staying here again."

"I was very pleased with my stay here. Very close to old town, a very historic neighborhood, not too far from Schindler's passage, restaurants, Żabkas!!!!!, Vistula River walk and the train stations. The front desk staff was super friendly and very helpful. The rooms are very spacious, room service ensured that our rooms were clean, that we had fresh towels and were very thorough. I will definitely return!"

"Super place to stay in Krakow, close to the train station for airport connections and also a short 10 min walk to the central square. Lovely cosy room, well decorated and very clean. Superb buffet breakfast with a good selection of things to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel for a city break."
