"My husband and I had a lovely stay here while we completed several day hikes in Northern Corsica. The owners were wonderful hosts. We really appreciated the bounty they shared from the fruit and vegetable garden on the property. The view from the shared pool was amazing, and the patios were great for relaxing after a long day of hiking. With a rental car, we found it easy to access multiple trailheads for hiking in Northern Corsica, from Losari to Vivario. We would definitely come back here!"

"This is a beautifully modernised and well appointed old house in a small village in the foot hills of the mountains in northern Corsica. Chantal the owner was warm and welcoming and very helpful. Small cafe and epicerie (limited stock) close by, where the atmosphere is very convivial (Chez Margot). Be prepared to negotiate narrow, winding roads and to take your time getting anywhere. Calvi, Ile Rousse and St Florent all just over an hour away; St Antonino and other pretty villages near at hand....

"The only good thing about this property was that it had air conditioning. The bad points about the instructions and the gite were as follows: The map showing the location was inaccurate and we would never have looked into this industrial estate to find the countryside gite that we thought we had booked. "Peaceful, with beautiful mountain views all around, and a variety of birds to observe. We found this a perfect place to base ourselves with easy access to the many spectacular walks nearby. The university town of Corte, ten minutes drive away, has a pleasant atmosphere, quite different to the holiday resorts on the coast. "This is a very special part of the world. We have travelled all over the world and this truly may be the most beautiful area we've ever seen. If you are wanting to get away from it all and experience more rugged Corsica away from the beach resorts, this is an ideal place. "A fantastic family house that we couldnt have asked more from. A true gem overlooking St Florent with a stunning beach and activities a 10 min walk away. The terrace and heated swimming pool were perfect, especially in the evening with the sunsets. I Would highly recommend to anyone considering a trip to the north of corsica. The town itself has all the ammenitites for cooking in or eating out. I would have given more stars if the software would allow. 10*"

"Nous n'avions jamais connu un accueil aussi chaleureux et généreux dans une location de vacances : merci Marie-Ange et Aimé pour vos attentions. L'équilibre parfait entre prévenance et discrétion. "Nous avons passé une très belle semaine . La maison est bien agencée et très bien équipée. Elle reste fraîche a l’intérieur malgré les chaleurs étouffantes que nous avons eu cette semaine. Aucun vis à vis . Un calme absolu ( appréciable le matin ;) la piscine est top. Et tout ça à quelques minutes des très belles plages du golfe de Calvi . Que demander de plus ?"
