Check in: difficulty in translation, other guest showed us where the room was. Property is huge! With your resort fee $10 per day wonderful breakfast, awesome pool, see the wine vineyard. Way outside of anywhere so if you don’t have a car your just there. They had music the night we arrived that lasted well after midnight on a Wednesday. Room is not soundproof almost but not. Bed was pretty comfortable, shower great, had fridge balcony was beautiful to view compound.

We were at this hotel the first day of opening of the year. Apparently, they were not expecting us. Lot of works were ongoing. The shower had still plaster inside and we had to clean out ourselves as nobody came despite our different request. There was no heater and despite the blankets we had a very cold night. There was not enough shower gel provided. We arrived for the breakfast after 9am and it was not ready. The choice was limited and it was definitely not an English breakfast as described. There was no animation and the swimming pool was empty which is normal for mid of April. The view is nice and the place is relaxing but when the hotel is full, may be not so quiet. The employees don't speak English which is not normal for this kind of hotel. Even small hotel during our stay in Italy were speaking different languages. Nevertheless it was a good value for the money.

Not great for anyone who doesn't speak Italian
We stayed here for only one night since we don't really like this kind of all-in resorts for our holiday. The room was definitely comfortable and the price/quality ratio is good. It's a shame they charge you an extra 5 euro service charge per person at checkout, this is written in the small print though but I don't understand why it's not included in the hotel price since it's mandatory. Apart from the room being comfortable and clean, the negatives are that almost nobody of the staff speaks English or any other language than Italian. Further, the breakfast was quite limited for such a big place and the available bread and cakes were quite dry. One of the worst things we found was that a swimming cap was mandatory for the swimming pool! I have never seen a pool that mandates the wearing of a swimming cap, not in Italy nor anyone else. They claim it's for hygiene reasons but isn't that why pool's have filters? There are pool guards around constantly watching if people wear a cap before going in. Most people I know do not own a swimming cap themselves so the hotel handily sells them for a higher than normal price in their shop. We didn't bother to buy one for one night. Another irritation is that you have to pay for any little extra you want and that comes for free at other hotels. Want an ironing board? Pay. Want a drying rack? pay. That's some very poor service to the customers, especially for a self proclaimed 4 star hotel.

Ho trascorso 3 giorni intensi in questa meravigliosa struttura con la mia famiglia e altri amici. È stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Il resort e’ ben organizzato e curato. Ci siamo rilassati e divertiti allo stesso tempo, compreso il mio bimbo di sei mesi. È stato tutto perfetto, dalla pulizia delle camere , alla gentilezza di tutto lo staff (animazione, reception, ristorante ecc..). La camera era spaziosa e confortevole, con balcone vista piscina. L’animazione ti accompagna nel corso della giornata con diverse attività interessanti, fino agli spettacoli serali e alla discoteca. La spiaggia si può raggiungere con la navetta , disponibile in diversi orari. Colazione buona e abbondante. Il resort si trova in una zona isolata ma la posizione è abbastanza strategica per potersi spostare facilmente in auto e visitare i luoghi vicini. Spero di ritornarci presto. Senza dubbio la consigliero’. Grazie di cuore a tutti!

Un bon rapport qualité prix une fois passée la réception où une dame était très gentille tandis que son collègue l' était beaucoup moins. Refus d'accepter 1 billet de 200€ pour régler 452€ !!!. Il manque vraiment une armoire ou une commode dans la chambre qui est très grande même chose dans la salle de bains. Personnel rencontré sur place très aimable. Pourquoi nous expliquer que tout se paye avec la carte fournie par la structure alors que la plage n'est pas connectée et que tout se paye directement

Fantastisk sted - helt rimelige priser specielt uden for Italienernes egen højsæson.. Rengøreingen er helt ok - vær opmærksom i receptionen, få kvitteringer for alt I tilkøber hvis i ikke har all inklusiv.. Animatorene Big Up er fantastiske og underholder børnene så godt! Der er underholdning i amfiteateret om aftenen.. Poolen er dejlig og maden ligeså..

Una grandissima struttura sita in aperta campagna e fuori dal centro abitato. La camera molto ampia, luminosa e pulita. La prima colazione offre una buona scelta che varia dalle numerose crostate,ai cornetti vuoti da farcire con crema al cioccolato o marmellate . Si può optare anche per una colazione a base di pietanze salate. All'interno della struttura vengono anche rispettate tutte le misure anticovid fatta eccezione per qualche dipendente che indossa la mascherina al di sotto del naso oppure anziché cambiare la tovaglia della prima colazione ne toglie semplicemente le briciole rendendo il tavolo pronto per il prossimo cliente.

La struttura è senz'altro molto curata, sia negli spazi esterni sia nelle singole stanze. Per famiglie con figli al seguito è senz'altro una valida opzione perchè l'animazione è molto attiva sia in spiaggia che nella piscina del Resort. L'unica pecca è data dalla strada di accesso al Resort: se uno vi accede con auto propria per poi spostarsi ogni giorno, le strade non sono tenute proprio benissimo. Soon sterrate, strette e addirittura per prendere una scorciatoia a queste strade già difficili, si guada un fiume (secco) con sassi enormi. Se però si intende trascorrere il tempo dentro la struttura usufruendo dei servizi (mensa, bar, piscina), il servizio è davvero buono.

Posto incantevole con stanze grandi e comode. Grande comodità la navetta che ti porta al mare, unico neo per chi non pranza in albergo è che non c'è una navetta prima delle 16. Una cosa che in molti abbiamo notato non ci sono mensole nel box doccia per appoggiare i prodotti sarebbe opportuno metterle.

18 ore in un resort.
Essendo un resort va bene solo per chi deve passare le sue vacanze con famiglia a seguito. Alla reception un po lenti. Passato solo un soggiorno per poter giudicare complessivamente, posso solo dire che per una giornata sola non mi sembra corretto pagare una tessera club poiché non ho usufruito dei vari servizi offerti per un tempo così limitato, dalle 16: 00 alle 10:00 del giorno dopo. Piscina abbastanza buona ma insufficiente ad accogliere teoricamente anche 500 persone per un complesso di 230 stanze, di conseguenza lettini e sdraio insufficienti. Per quanto riguarda la camera era abbastanza grande ma non vi era un armadio, solo una sbarra con appendiabiti. Il condizionamento e gestito direttamente da loro, quindi sé hai freddo o caldo non puoi regolarlo. Come dicevo nel complesso la struttura è buona consigliabile solo per chi vuole passare le sue giornate nel villaggio. P. S. Per arrivare al Resort bisogna passare per un tratturo ma ad un certo punto bisogna attraversare un impluvio di un fiume, non mi sembra nella norma ma comunque essendo secco lo si attraversa facilmente

Struttura ampia e bella. Percorso stradale insolito ma ben segnalato. Cibo abbondante ma di bassa qualità. Pulizie: camera spaziosa con delizioso terrazzino ma sporca, con capelli e alcune macchie sul pavimento, plaffoniera con polvere e ragnatele ed il secondo giorno anche le formichine si sono autoinvitate, tra l'altro un bicchiere di plastica sporco rimasto per tre giorni ( durata del soggiorno) sotto il letto, piscina acqua e fondale sporchi. Rumore dell' impianto dell' aria condizionata insistente e fastidioso per tutta la giornata. Odori persistenti dalle cucine sulla zona piscina di primo mattino tarda mattinata e pomeriggio. Personale alle prime armi tranne il bagnino e gli animatori.
