. the house is located in marzamemi at m. 100 from the sea, between san lorenzo and the blue island, where you can enjoy a beautiful crystal clear sea, and choose between rocks, and beach, free and equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas. the house is located inside a garden of 1000 sq. m. where there are two other villas, independent of each other, divided by a fence of reeds, only the entrance gate in common. Each has 300 square meters of garden at its disposal, with parking space for barbecue, space for hanging laundry, veranda for dining. The villa has a lounge at the entrance with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, table and chairs, sofa bed TV and air conditioner,. A bedroom with a large bed,, a bedroom with a bunk bed, each with a large fan. A bathroom with shower, washing machine and shower outside. The house is located in a strategic point, for sightseeing, 30 km from Ragusa ibla, Modica the city of chocolate, 15 km away. from Noto Ancient Baroque city beautiful for its churches, 18 km from Avola to visit Cavagrande, the Vendicari Oasis 5 minutes by car, the beautiful Calamosche beach. In Portopalo the Karatois beach, and 10 minutes by car the stacks of Carige and its beautiful beaches. A few minutes you get to Pachino where you will find everything you need for everyday needs, supermarkets, markets, shops, medical guard, pharmacies. The three summer months the area is served by vans, the bakery of the country, every morning bring hot bread and breakfast.
