The House on the Beach: Dimora Elma

A dream holiday where you can experience the sea from the veranda without even stepping onto the beach, hear its gentle rhythm from the bedrooms, and unwind in the evening in the cosy corners of the two verandas. The house is tastefully furnished with exclusive prints and Sicilian design elements.
The space
The property features 350 metres of verandas, 200 metres of which are covered by distinctive wooden canopies. The main veranda, approximately 130 metres long, overlooks the beach directly and features a private path leading straight to the sea.
The sun deck consists of two sunbathing areas equipped with lounge chairs and a reading nook. In addition, there is a cosy area with sofas and a table for lunches, dinners, or aperitifs on the beach, seating 10 comfortably.
The property also features two double bedrooms (one of which includes a third bed), a single bedroom that can be converted into a double, and a double sofa bed. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets. Ideal for 7 people. Inside the house, there are two bathrooms, one of which has a shower. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi. The house has a covered parking area that can accommodate up to two cars.

The house is for the exclusive use of guests.
Other things to keep in mind
Small pets are allowed in the property as long as they do not climb onto sofas, beds, cots, or lounge chairs.
