The House of Stars - Noto - Siracusa

Where a hot, dry and sunny climate attracts visitors from all over the world as well as from mainland Italy, holiday homes in Sicily are highly sought after during any season of the year, especially when the winter weather on the island is likely to be far better than many people can expect at home! An abundance of citrus orchards, olive groves and vineyards are proof of guaranteed sunshine. Our beautiful house originally housed the almonds and carob directed towards the African coast, while the village was populated by fishermen. Calabernardo is only a few Km from Noto, the world capital of Baroque. With a magnificent sea at your feet, this place is very quiet and relaxing, ideal for your stay in Sicily. The villa, recently renovated, is equipped with every comfort and has a large terrace with sea view and an equally large garden with a fully equipped kitchen and a stone barbecue. The southern part of the Sicily is probably the most charming of the overall island. Here you can spend unforgettable moments to explore wonderful beaches, in a magnificent unspoiled landscape

Vive la Sicile!

Maison magnifique dans un pays magnifique pour 15 jours de soleil et d’amitié, que demander de mieux?. Les chambres et les différentes terrasses donnant de tous les côtés sont parfaites. Il faut juste souhaiter de ne pas avoir trop de pluie car le patio se remplit vite d’eau! La localisation est également super, à une heure au maximum des villes baroques de Noto, Syracuse, mais aussi Palazzolo, Ragusa et Modica. Les ruines romaines ou grecques sont aussi légion et les amateurs de balade trouveront leur plaisir dans des réserves naturelles où les nécropoles anciennes voisinent avec des vasques d’eau bien agréables au fond d’un canyon.

Very nice house with lots of different places to spent time. Great entrance hall and lovely roof terrace with nice view to the sea. Noemi took care of us and gave us all information we needed. Was really a great time in Noto. Thank you Federico

Prachtig huis aan zee in rustige plaats

Het huis staat in Calabernardo, 200 meter van zee en is geschikt voor 10 personen. Het huis ziet er erg mooi uit. Wij waren er met een vriendengroep. Dit was een mooie uitvalsbasis voor onze uitstapjes. Zeker een aanrader!

Very nice house

We were very pleased to stay in this beautyfull house in Calabernardo. It was very spacious for the nine of us. We liked the big terraces, the nice views and the great interior. The house was very clean and the surroundings are great.

Una vera Casa delle stelle

Una stupenda casa con magnifica vista sul mare di Calabernardo, piccolo borgo marinaro vicino alla splendida Noto. La casa è arredata e corredata di tutto il necessario. E' strutturata su tre livelli e noi abbiamo dormito nell'appartamento al piano superiore, cullati dal rumore delle onde al mattino. Dalla terrazza è possibile ammirare il sorgere del sole dal mare. Può ospitare comodamente 10 persone. I proprietari sono persone squisite e disponibili e forniscono tutte le informazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno. E come descrivere le lunghe serate sotto le stelle ascoltando il rumore delle onde... Ne sentiamo già nostalgia

splendida villa in posizione privilegiata

la villa è attrezzata di tutto il necessario per una vacanza, consiglia per una vacanza in famiglia con i bambini, così come la villa ha il suo giardino e il cortile, dove i bambini potranno trascorrere del tempo senza la supervisione dei genitori. la villa si trova nel centro di Calabernardo ma allo stesso tempo molto tranquillo e silenzioso. mare in ottima posizione, con 3 piano offre una splendida vista sul mare. nei pressi di un ottimo ristorante dove si serve pesce fresco e frutti di mare. l'auto è necessaria per passeggiate sull'isola e i viaggi dietro prodotti.

"La villa et les équipements sont conformes à l''annonce. Le site est très reposant et pittoresque. Les plages et le port sont à quelques mètres de la plage. L''accueil est convivial. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et la villa est bien placée pour visiter le sud de la Sicile."

"The country house completely corresponds to photos and the description. The owner organized a meeting at night, connected with our late flight, for what are very grateful to it. It is very much recommended to use the car. Without existence of the car there will be problems with a good food. The one inconvenience - the conditioner in one of rooms was broken (worked only in a fan mode, without cooling) . Also it was several times the light is turned off. The owner didn''t arrive to our departure from a country house. But in further in letters declared to us the discontent that grieved our impression about holiday a little. It is recommended to check work of all equipment carefully. "

"Magnifique maison à proximité immédiate de la mer, belle plage à 500m. La maison est très agréable à vivre, pittoresque et très pratique, fort bien équipée. Tout est fait pour le confort des locataires.Région peu touristique, Siciliens très accueillants, de très belles visites non loin de la maison (Noto, Ragusa, Syracuse), dans une région assez bien préservée (Avola, à proximité, est une petite ville très typique). Excellent séjour !!! A recommander sans aucune réserve !"

"Highly recommend, not only beautiful inside and outside villa, but also a very well equiped house, there was not even one thing we needed and couldn't find. Owner is very helpful and ready to assist, the house is proper for families as well as for young people, the area is a quiet one. Wonderful sunrise can be seen from one balcony on the last floor, we woke up each morning to spend some romantic moments in the morning to watch the sunrise and then go back to sleep a little bit more ... is very comfortable. Great garden good for children playing and parents not to worry about them getting out in the street. Great surroundings in south Sicily, great icecream in Noto ... Cavagrande is a definitely must see ! We had a great 2 weeks vacation!"

"Were there in the 1st ha...

"Were there in the 1st half of May. Nice view on the sea from the 3rd floor, nice house and pleasant internal garden. What was especially pleasant - very accurate accomodation provided by the owner. We had arrived late in the evening, and supper was waiting for us as well as even a translator with good knowledge of Russian. It's strongly recommended to use a car. Can recommend as very quiet and nice place for family holidays".

"Soggiorno ad inizio dicembre, fuori stagione. Dunque solitudine e calma assolute, ma con ristorante\pizzeria (anche d''asporto) a pochi metri aperto e presenza costante di furgone con servizio bar e brioche calde anche la mattina presto. Negozi a 5\10 minuti (lido di Noto o Noto) Casa ampiamente attrezzata, soggiorno possibile anche fuori stagione (sperando che non piova per presenza scale esterne di collegamento tra zona giorno e zone notte), nessun problema di riscaldamento, ampia disponibilità di acqua. Ottime l''assistenza dei proprietari anche in caso di imprevisti e le informazioni da essi ricevute. Nessun problema di accesso, parcheggio esterno alla casa sulla piazza. Sistemazione ideale per più famiglie in quanto le camere da letto (con bagno) sono totalmente indipendenti su più piani- Molto spazio per far giocare i bambini all''esterno o parzialmente coperto, anche se occorre valutare per i bambini molto piccoli la presenza di scale. Rispetto alla zona geografica... è la parte più affascinante della sicilia... quindi..."

"Maison magnifique, hyper équipée (du jamais vu pour une maison de vacances!) et surtout très spacieuse grâce à ses nombreux espaces de vie et de détente (5 chambres, 3 salles de bain, 4 terrasses). Très propre et accueillante, stylée et typiquement sicilienne. La plage est à portée de main. Le village voisin de Noto est lui aussi splendide."

"Vaste villa, agréablement décorée, au calme en ce mois de mai, accès à l''autoroute assez proche. 4 chambres, 2 au 1er étage, 2 au 2ème étage, avec 32 marches qui ont un peu fatigué nos hanches et nos genoux. "Beautiful villa for a big company, comfortable, with a garden, a lot of flowers and plantes, equiped with everything that you need. Sea is very close, so you are going asleep under the noise of sea waves. Lido di Noto is also very close, very nice sandy beach. A big supermaeket is nearly 5 km from the villa with a great variety of all. It seems to me that this region of Sicilia is most beautiful, many sightseeings are in surrounding. It is easy to find the house, very quiet village Calabernardo. The owners are very friendly and kind, always ready to assist you."
