"Overall the holiday was great and we all had a great time. However there are some issues that really need addressing. The cleanliness of the pool is a massive issue. Many of the chairs in the property were broken. The door keys to the property were not satisfactory either."

"Pros: Voor het echte Spaanse vakantiegevoel in een mooi en met zorg ingericht huis met een prachtige tuin en een heerlijk zwembad ben je bij El Dormilon aan het juiste adres. Een auto is wel handig, omdat het wat hoger ligt, maar binnen 10 minuten is alles (supermarkten, centrum, strand, boulevard) binnen handbereik. Fijn en snel contact met eigenaar en host ter plaatse."

"We’ve stayed for 2 weeks in the house and it were 2 amazing weeks. When we arrived there was a warm welcome and during our stay the hosts are very kind en the service was very good. "Just returned from 12 fantastic days at this villa. We travelled as a family of 3 generations and was great for all. The location of the villa is great with a few restaurants within walking distance if desired. The heated pool was amazing, a lovely 29 degrees each day which made our little boy very happy. The villa is well equipped and the views from the bedrooms in the morning is stunning. John the host was great, met us on arrival and showed us everything we needed and gave some recommendations for food and drink locally. Overall a wonderful villa and host and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Thankyou for sharing your villa with us. "

"This villa really was 10/10 for all areas that travellers, tourists or just visitors normally want & need. We stayed for 6 weeks and took a lot of things with us ( for cooking etc) and needed nothing - our gear stayed in the car! Fab pool with easy entry & exit in shallow end. Very close to all main areas of Javea (Arenal beach, Port Area, Old Town and amazing coves - Portichol & Granadella) Denia town is just over the Montgo mountain and 30mins drive for the best street market in the area and a very lovely town. Alicante & Valencia airports are both less than 90mins away and both worth a visit. As we stayed for a lengthy period we had a weekend break in both towns which are very walkable, historic, by the sea and beautiful. After many years of booking villas and never staying at the same one twice, we would willingly stay here again. Thanks to Matthew for regular contact and checking that all was ok and quick response when we had a question."
