Located in the well-known Don Pepe residence, it offers a large community pool, for adults and children, and impressive gardens with lawn. It is ideally situated in a quiet and child-friendly neighbourhood, just 400 metres from Montañar II Rock Beach and close to all services. Accommodation This stylish and modern apartment, with an area of 98 m², has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated. The property, located on a ground floor with one level, has 2 charming bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed and a bathroom with shower, accommodating up to 5 people. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, wardrobe and direct access to the terrace; the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. The apartment also offers a large open space with a modern American kitchen fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, freezer, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and various kitchenware. The dining area has an elegant wooden table and chairs. The cosy living room has a comfortable chaise longue sofa, flat-screen TV, air conditioning and double doors that open to a wonderful terrace. On the terrace, with street views, you can enjoy a spacious dining area and a perfect chill-out space to relax. The common areas of the urbanisation include an impressive lawn garden, a children's area and a large fenced swimming pool with an area for children.
