Located in Jávea, Villa Bohemia offers you beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. The 100 m² property features, on the ground floor, a living room, a basic kitchen with microwave, small fridge, portable cooktop, and coffee maker, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, TV, fan, and beach or pool towels. A private sauna is also available.



The outdoor area is for your exclusive use and includes a pool, garden, terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Air conditioning is provided. The property is within walking distance of the beach, and a tennis court is 15 minutes away on foot. There are 4 parking spaces on the premises. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
