"Very clean, wishing walking distance to supermarkets and gas stations. The only complaint I have is that due to our connecting flight being delayed, we go to the Hotel at around 1:30am, when I going to check in, Im met with hesitation and arrogance from the front desk attendant, he said: check in? at this time? Politely, I explained that our flight was delayed hence the reason for showing up at that time. We. are a family of four two young children, we were all extremely exhausted and desperately needed a shower and rest. He said: Im not sure if Im going to be able to check you in at this time, but let me see what I can do.. Then he says, I was able to check you in because I change the date. If that was indeed the case, I understand but how uncomfortable he made me feel, is unacceptable. I was thinking, where am I going to find another hotel to check in at this time of the night and probably more driving to find a place. Like I said, the hotel was great!"
