"Expedia failed to book our room with the hotel for us but the hotel staff quickly made accommodations though the hotel was fully booked. After all the trouble, we did not get the correct type of room but the next day, they switched to the type of the room we needed and it was perfect. They were so friendly and willing to help that it made our stay special. "

"No eggs available for fried eggs. Coffee machine was out of service both Saturday and Sunday. Only 1 elevator was working on both days. Room was comfortable and clean."

" It was very difficult to locate this hotel. The AC unit was extremely noisy, and to make matters worse, they placed us directly below the dining area. Guests started making loud noises early in the morning, waking us up at 6 AM. Overall, a very frustrating experience."
