Stayed as part as of a road trip.charming swiss hotel with all the trimmings..Gaby was an ecxellent host...you need to brink coins for the car park ...nice views peacefull and nicely located for walkers/ hikers..if you like your hotels big and modern this isntfor you its full of character ...the clue is in the name...

Stayed here a few times now, everything is good Quirky deco, easy too get to from the train station tram stops outside. Breakfast is good and especially on the weekend as no rush to get up as served till 2pm.. Bed comfortable enough

The La Couronne is in a great location in the middle of the main part of Solothurn, close to shops and local amenities (unfortunately, most of which are closed due to Covid). Car parking is at an off-site local car park just a few minutes walk from the hotel but is expensive. We paid over CHF 43 for around 36 hours. Our short weekend stay in Zurich was wet so the lounge facility with free tea and coffee was welcome. Perfectly located in quaint street behind the GrossMunster, close to bars restaurants and shops. Hotel was clean with large rooms and good heating. We liked the separated toilet and bathroom. Huge bed, small wardrobe/hanging space. Lovely staff from reception to housekeeping.

Truly boutique hotel with very stylish rooms. Booked one night there but then booked extra night because it was too cool. Very good breakfast too.

Was due to stay for 4 days, but due to a family emergency I had to return after only 2days. However the small amount of time I did stay, the room was perfect, good location & helpful friendly staff. They even went out of their way to leave us an anniversary gift which was greatly appreciated. Shame we couldn't have stayed & enjoyed the experience more

The hotel was amazing. 5* service and rooms - it was amazing. A little expensive, especially since you have to pay a lot for breakfast and food/drinks at the hotel, but I guess this is country-wide since a lot of places are expensive in Switzerland. The hotel is right by the station which is very handy for a multi centre holiday and it is very central for everything you may want to do in Bern. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The roof terrace is beautiful and the rooms are really well equipped really comfy beds and brilliant showers. We didn’t eat at the restaurant so can’t comment on that, breakfast was 40 chf per head which seemed a lot so we used local cafes instead. Great place very convenient for the slopes, nice design and decor, the bar area in particular has a great feel to it. The only improvements would be to add coffee making facilities in the room (this is an option for which a supplement applies - quite atypical these days), put bathrobes in the room by default (something we had to ask for) and the same for conditioner in the bathroom. Staff were outstanding and super friendly/helpful.

Hotel is nestled between the trees on the mountain side overlooking Lucerne. I've stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and Chateau Guetsch is up there with the best. Views from our balcony were stunning and the Hotel it's self was fabulous. I would use this Hotel again if visiting Lucerne in the future.

Great hotel. Its less than 5 minutes walk from the main station. 10 minutes on foot would take you anywhere in the old town. The food in the restaurant is fantastic. The only negative is that the rooms can sacrifice practicalities for cool design. Ours didn't really have enough storage. But at least the place doesn't feel like every other hotel you have been in.
