Definitely a mediocre experience. Let's start with the good things: beds were good, and the location is perfect, two blocks from the Water Tower, one block from Magnificent Mile. And that is about it. On arrival, they sent me to a room that had not been vacated. The wait for the elevators can stretch for several minutes, the parking is overpriced and even more so if you want to get your car out (!), silence in the room is highly dependent on the floor neighbours. Staff is indifferent and unhelpful although the manager seems to care, but he is overwhelmed by the poor performance of everybody else. A piece of clothing of mine somehow got lost in hotel grounds. And it is inexpensive, but given all the issues mentioned above, clearly not a good deal.
